Midwest Direct gets its message across via mail and digital
The mail is changing, becoming more personalized and more connected to technology.
And Midwest Direct, a Cleveland-based mail and digital communications company, has changed along with it, investing big in order to keep growing.
Midwest Direct was started in 1982 by brothers Richard T. Gebbie and Jim Gebbie, who picked up mail in the back of a car. Today, the family-owned company has about 220 employees in two locations in Cleveland and Pittsburgh, though that can fluctuate, and annual revenue is around $20 million.
Midwest Direct can manage the entire print and mail cycle for customers, from concept to delivery, as well as manage and coordinate customers' email and online advertising campaigns.
