The Postal Customer Council program is a collection of large and small business mailers that allows open communication between direct mail marketers and the USPS. Midwest Direct is an active member of several local PCCs and allows us to learn about best practices for: cost-effective and profitable mailing, education and training, and solving local mail challenges.
