Each spring, the United State Postal Services hosts its National Postal Forum. The National Postal Forum (NPF) is the nation’s premier mailing and shipping industry conference offering more than 130 educational workshops, USPS official certification courses, special USPS leadership-led sessions, the largest industry exhibit hall with 100+ exhibitors and so much more. The four-day NPF is the only event that works directly with USPS senior-level managers to provide the most comprehensive educational and networking platform possible for meeting the needs of the industry and postal customers. Attending this show is the ideal way to stay in sync with innovation, technology and trends that affect our rapidly progressing and changing industry.
While we live in a high-tech world, mailing and shipping activities remain the preeminent “high-touch” means of reaching out to customers, businesses and the world — and no one knows that better than the 5,000+ attendees at the NPF.
This year’s NPF will be located in the heart of the Inner Harbor District of Baltimore, MD from May 21-24th, and Midwest Direct and C.TRAC Direct will be intimately involved in the forum as both an exhibitor as well as presenting at two featured sessions.
USPS and industry sessions provide attendees with valuable information, forward thinking, new innovations and leading-edge technologies. We’re proud that Gina Greco, Manager of Data Services from our C.TRAC Direct group, was asked by popular demand to bring back her personal growth session on “How to Avoid Communication Blunders in the Workplace”. Additionally, C.TRAC Direct Vice President Gary Seitz will present for the 11th time, leading a new session on “Putting the Data into Data Driven Marketing”. Other general sessions are conducted by USPS leadership and industry visionaries.
We’re ready to roll out the red carpet at this year’s NPF! As a second-year exhibitor, Midwest Direct and the data team from C.TRAC Direct are combining efforts to make this year’s forum an award-winning event. We’ll be located in booth #519, directly across from the USPS central booth, and we have one goal in mind: to make our customers the “star” of the show. Visit our page to learn more, and to get a sneak preview of Gary and Gina’s sessions!
Contact us if you’re interested in walking down the red carpet with us in Baltimore for the National Postal Forum. If you can’t make it, don’t worry – you’re still a star to us! We’ll update you with a post in late May.
