Jean DePalma, a twenty-year team member of CTRAC Direct (and 4 years at Midwest Direct) has recently been promoted to Director of CTRAC Direct. As Director, Jean will call upon her years of extensive experience in customer service to maintain and grow strong relationships with Midwest Direct customers and stakeholders. Jean will oversee the day-to-day operations of CTRAC Direct.
