Midwest Direct Taps Phillips to Manage Growth, Strategy

May 1, 2015 – Cleveland, OH – Midwest Direct, a leading provider of direct marketing services, recently hired Vice President of Operations Andy Phillips to help guide the company’s rapid growth and strategic expansion into new markets and through evolving industry processes.

Phillips is tackling the ever-expanding volumes of Midwest’s Presort mail division, and is helping steer Midwest through a service expansion including multichannel marketing services – as Midwest Customers’ digital and print campaigns become increasingly integrated and data-driven. 

Phillips has degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business, and comes to Midwest with over 20 years’ experience in creating, growing and managing successful business operations including leading Presort and direct mail companies. An expert in quality control processes, Phillips is also geared up to guide Midwest through USPS changes including seamless acceptance and e-verification. Phillips is active in the direct marketing community, as a Board Member and Treasurer of the National Association of Presort Mailers and member of the Postal Consumer Council. Married for thirty years and a father to three daughters, Phillips recently relocated to Ohio, where he hopes to continue his passions of “fitness, fly fishing and family.”
